Planning access and payment terms

C$69 once provides 24 calendar months of active planning from confirmed payment. Both partners and invited helpers are included.

Pro costs C$55 per month for five active client weddings. Studio costs C$89 per month for fifteen. Both include the complete professional toolkit and client access.

New couple accounts receive a 14-day trial. New professional businesses receive a 28-day trial with five active wedding slots. Trials require no card and never charge automatically. Existing trial dates are preserved; changing devices or adding clients does not restart a trial.

Professional subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Archived weddings do not count towards the active limit. Existing records and basic export remain available when active access ends.

Client decisions apply only to the exact saved proposal displayed at the time. They do not approve later changes to wedding records and are not electronic contract signatures.

Vowfolk prices use your selected payment currency and include applicable taxes. Your wedding budget currency is separate. Stripe confirms the final amount before payment. Recorded vendor payments do not transfer money. Contact [email protected] about purchases, refunds or privacy requests. Applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
