Your wedding information is shown to authorised members and through the private handovers you create. Website hosting and Mailu email support account verification, recovery and invitations.

Stripe processes checkout and payment details; card numbers are not stored by Vowfolk. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect requests.

We do not send your private wedding notes to translation services. Basic records remain after trial or paid access ends until you request deletion.

Private business notes and vendor experience notes are visible only to the business account. Wedding members can see shared proposals and their decisions. Business branding appears on shared planning pages and printable plans.
